Using the platform
ART-WORLD is a marketplace that connects independent artists with buyers worldwide. ART-WORLD provides the platform; artists are responsible for the artwork and services they offer.
Accounts must contain accurate information. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Orders and payment
Prices, shipping costs and any applicable fees are shown before payment. Payment is taken through a supported payment provider; ART-WORLD does not hold customer funds outside that arrangement.
An order is only confirmed once the payment provider confirms the payment.
Legal review required
This document is a working draft prepared during development. It must be reviewed and completed by a qualified legal adviser before ART-WORLD accepts real transactions.
