Artist rights

Artists keep copyright in their work unless a written agreement says otherwise. Buying a physical work does not transfer reproduction rights.

Artists must confirm they own or are licensed to sell everything they list.

Reporting infringement

Rights holders can report a listing for review. Reported work may be suspended while the report is assessed, and repeated infringement leads to account removal.

Legal review required
