How booking works
- 1You send a request with the date, start time, time zone, duration and location.
- 2The artist accepts, declines or proposes different terms.
- 3You confirm the final terms and pay through the payment provider.
- 4The booking is confirmed only after the payment is verified, and reminders are sent.
- 5After the session you confirm completion or raise an issue.
Dates and time zones
Every booking stores the original time zone alongside the moment in time, and shows you the time in your own zone. Confirmed bookings block the artist's calendar so the same slot cannot be taken twice.
Availability calendars and conflict checks are built in the bookings stage.
